Unit layout :
1)Forming part:
This part is used to squeeze the steel strip into a specific shape, leaving a gap for welding.

2)250KW High frequency welder (Stainless steel special):

HF welder is designed for straight seam induction welding of pipe and for continuous working. The whole set of equipment achieve the function of equipment linkage control and diagnosing faults by PLC system, the working statue is observed by LCD display.
3)Polishing part:
This part is used for polishing welds, and is often used for thin pipes that are not suitable for scratching.


  1. Annealing:

The annealing part adopts a closed environment and is filled with nitrogen to prevent the tube from oxidizing and discoloring during the annealing process.
5)Sizing part:

Finish product to proper shape and straighten.
