Pipe Production Line's job is to take a continously coiled flat strip, align the two edges together, put the edges in the right place while they are welded, and then size and straighten the finished tubular products to the required specifications.
Basic Components of a complete pipe production line :
raw material(steel strip coil) -->double side uncoiler--> shear and end welder --> horizontal type strip accumulator --> forming unit --> high frequency welding--> burr removing frame--> water cooling sysytem--> sizing unit--> Turky head (straightener) --> computer controlled flying saw-->runout table
